Kimberly LaRue
& Eric Holmgren, Yoga Instructors and Licensed Massage Therapists, are
happy to announce their 2010
yoga retreat on the picturesque island of Bali. As your instructors for
this memorable experience, their intentions are to teach you how to achieve
balance in mind and body through an integration of Active Yoga and Yin
Yoga meditation practices. Please join them for a life-enhancing journey
and find balance in Bali.

Kimberly is a Licensed Massage Therapist (M41734), Yoga Instructor and
Holistic Life Coach who integrates Craniosacral Therapy and meditation
into her unique healing practice. Using a grounded presence and
a soothing voice, she guides you through poses with joyful effort.
She has trained with highly accredited yoga masters such as David
Swenson, Shiva Ray and Sara Powers, and is certified by Suddha Weixler
of the Chicago Yoga Center. |

Her primary influences and
teachers are the Venerable Khenchen Palden
Sherab Rinpoche and Venerable Khenpo Tseqayg Dongyal Rinpoche. Her office
is in the Palm Beach Dharma Center, located in West Palm Beach, Florida. |

Eric Holmgren is
certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Strength and
Conditioning Association (NSCA), Licensed Massage Therapist (MA30504),
and Yoga Instructor (RYT). Eric focuses on the importance of health,
balance, and flexibility. He is also trained in Advanced Active
Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Strengthening by founder world-renowned
Aaron Mattes. Aaron’s work has strongly influenced Eric and this is
reflected in Eric’s approach in his practice. Eric believes that
clarity, balance, and a healthy mind can be achieved through yoga.
